We get a few quid off the council to pay for the community development work, and he'll be one of our development officers, which will top up his wage and it wont cost the club any money. He's also going to be one of the assistant coaches as well as a player.
any 'income' (and yes the council grant is classed as income) is counted on the salary cap, they have also tightened up on the 'community dept' rules this year.
