| Rap/hip-hop has always seemed like a bizarre phenomenon to me. I find it utterly horrible to listen to.

| Don't mind rap or hip hop but can't stand that music sang in that horrible urban London accent like Dizzy Rascal etc.

That is bad. I could never understand the fuss about "Northern Soul"

Tony Blackburn released an awful single in the 1970s under the name of Lenny Gamble. It was hailed by northern soul fans as a classic, until they realised who was singing it. Northern soul was an awful failed music genre, thank god.

Bloody Norah BW, that was awful ! It reminded me of background music for cheap computer games.
I am currently enjoying Kasabian (Velociraptor) and 30 Seconds to Mars ( This is War). Don't like rap I am afraid.

| I like hip hop but i'm not into the West Coast gangsta rap or G-funk genre at all really. I don't mind a few Tupac tracks and think he was the best of that crop of rappers from over there (i know he was actually from New York) but i prefer East Coast or alternative hip hop; they have much better beats and scrathces and rhymes. I like the story behind Tupac more than his music.
