Ive recently had a problem with the shop also,was told manager not in till the 11th,have seen people on here complain about the shop, didnt realise how bad it was till the way i was dealt with.i am waiting for the manager myself.

Why? It's reserved seating, so should be easy. Anyone turning up in the affected seats who can't prove they are the rightful owner will be caught red handed!
Season tickets actually remain the property of the club (this is printed on them) so I would hope the club could help here, especially as it's for reserved seats. Not sure how it would work in the South Stand though. |

thats my thoughts seb just hope they can help , they would have to be stupid to use the tckets now |

Agree with the above comments. Its a reserved seat its yours for the season the club would be fools not to simply give you another one.
You would think a club of our status would have those swipe card things that can be easily cancelled and replaced for a £5 fee. Halton Stadium has them.

Wigan have this system and you pay £5 for a replacement. I lost my season ticket, and just rang the ticket office up, and they gave me a form to fill in, i then had to take ID with me when i went to pick it up. No problem. |

I when i washed my south stand season ticket the club changed it for a new one for a tenner i think it was. |

I think having to take your season ticket to every game now doesn't help with the club saying they will check them when going in. I work away a lot and gave my girlfriend the friend for a fiver ticket out of it and they wouldn't give her the ticket because she didn't have my season ticket
