Alot of my family are Widnes fans as my grandad used to play for them... infact I am the only wire supporter in the family.
My brother is a BIG widnes fan, and has been for years..... he is in pieces today... If they dont get the franchise he will probably throw himself off the runcorn bridge.
if they get this franchise is will probably be the biggest thing to happen to the club for along time.
It must be a terrible thing to have to sit through... Having your clubs fate decided by a handful of people that think they know best.

Trust me it is horrible, even if we are the huge favourites. You just can't trust the RFL. If we get in, I can't wait for the atmosphere at some of the games, especially the Warrington games. I'll be glad to see teams bring more than 50-100 supporters for once.  |
