THink it's obvious which i think is which
What we really need is a referee franchise system which is changed annually. The 2 lowest SL refs are replaced by the 2 highest non-SL refs each year based on a points system. Points on for good games and decisions, points off for c0ck ups. |

The RFL would probably just try to apply the club criteria to get the person they wanted.
"Monsieur Alibert had more people round at his house for Christmas than you did, Mr Ganson, and attendance is a major criterion". |
