On a semi-related note what we gonna do when Hodgeson is too old like after next season. He ain't a spring a chicken and will need a pace.

Yeah, but Hodgson was the saviour of the club in the goalkicking stakes. He's the reigning Man of Steel and is mistake free.

Mathers was just apparently a $hite fullback that makes 20 odd mistakes per game.

With the way the U18's and U20's are going we will have a few players coming through who can play the fullback position, so I wouldn't worry.

I think that was one of the reasons TS gave when we announced the signing of Hodgson.

Smith wants the younger players, especially full-backs to learn from Hodgson.
