appearently mathers was no where near the ball....
bet he is gutted especially after that MASSIVE blunder with the whole tapping the ball back.

It was great watching the aftermath of the try, the announcer clearly had no idea of who'd scored and resorted to asking the bench. Carvell had this cheeky little look round with the boys, and a "watch this lads" look about him and shouted "Mathers" at him, big thumbs up from the announcer. As it was read over the PA system, Carvs and the lads were sat there chuckling amongst themselves like naughty school kids. Brilliant!

Check again, I looked at this yesterday:

And it had Mathers 2, Myler 1 but it has since been corrected to Mathers 1, Myler 2.
The official stats on the SL website have it correct as well, with total tries correctly set as Mather 4, Myler 8. (they were 3 and 6 before the match)
