i paid my last month off on the 19th of jan should i of had my letter saying i can pick my season ticket up yet? has anyone else had theres? if so how long after they paid the last month off did they get the letter thanks

same happened with me.never got a letter so foned up and they saiad come into shop to collect them. just make sure you take sum proof of id with you.

I didn't hear anything so just called in the shop and it was there ready and waiting.

shops hopeless in that respect left mine contact number on several occasions for varying reasons and have never been called back, the last time being in the run up to christmas to let me know when kids shirts would be ready for collection, ended ringing them up several times

paid for mine in full in december and collected them just before xmas
