Micky has had his op and is obviously going to be out for quite a few weeks, I know he is gutted about picking up this awful injury.

Best wishes Mick! You were having a great season, giving us another dimension to our play. One thing that sticks out for me though is how upset and hurt you were after we lost our first game at St Helens. I love it when someone sulks and is upset when we lose, it shows they care.

Ive chatted to him in the gym a couple of times and he's working his ass off with cardio. I tried to match him but swiftly excused myself after 20 mins or so. But on a serious note, he seems very determined to get himself back playing as soon as possible. And thats a good sign.

Any player who plays a part in Wire earning that elusive silverware probably won't have to buy a drink in Warrington for a long long time. You wouldn't want to miss out on that would you!
