That should've been a Hudds penalty for holding down, instead saints get the scrum for a knock on and then saints score from the forward pass. Due to the juggle, Hurrell overran that pass. Joke. Where's Saddened to claim the refs hate saints?!

Update: Hurrells tip off for the second looked a tad forward and looked like Makinsons heel hit the touchline. At least the home fans thought so.

Look apart from the million posts here and on virtual terrace Saddened must have sent a million e-mails to the RFL so they had to give them something. Even Sky tried to help out when Giants were given a penalty but Sky graphics said penalty to Saints.

Think Eddie Hemmings would of struggled to make saints sound good.

My feeling is a lot of people thinking same, just nobody wanted to say it yet. Anyway based on the games I’ve seen so far if we can keep a fit squad for when it really matters I’ve seen nothing to fear.

The thing I found frustrating was the amount of lieing on Saints got away with.
Slow to remove themselves from the tackle with always an arm or leg remaining conveniently in the way. (Far more so than Hudds).
It was really annoying.

The Hudds attack was simply not good enough. They built enough pressure but didn't have that killer instinct. Saints were there for the taking.

Losing Matautia was a blow. Hurrell was arguably their best attacking player.
Walmsley and Lees werent fully on song. Long may it continue.

Mean while over on Redvee the ref still cheated them.

Lees said saints are happy to lie on and give away 6 agains as they trust their defence. Get rid of this ridiculous rule and go back to penalising teams. If Huddersfield had got a penalty late on for all the holding down saints admit they were doing then they could've kicked it to even the score.
