Having seen the tries from Hull FC v Salford on the Super League Show, I have to say, Salford are playing a really exciting brand of rugby. Yes, of course, Hull's defence wasn't the best, but the movement, pace, support play and execution from Salford was excellent. They might lack consistency, as shown by surprisingly losing at home to Hull KR, and their squad depth might catch up with them at some point. Also, as with Wire, it remains to be seen how they will fare against Wigan, Saints and Catalans. However, when they get it right, I reckon they will run up plenty more big scores during the season.

I've never understood the vitriol aimed at Saddened... he never comes in on here and rubs it in, when he has plenty of opportunity's to do so.... he always seems to talk pretty highly of the team, often rating our chances much higher than the people on this board (well the sane ones anyway). He obviously has a bit of a soft spot for the wire... he probably goes the game now and again as well.

Agreed. We all have our biases, naturally, but in my experience, Saddened! is one of the few fans from other clubs whose comments on here tend to be pretty reasonable, even if some of us don't always agree with them. NSW and NickyKiss, from the Wigan board, are others who can usually be relied upon for fair opinions from a different perspective than our own.

Correct there's always a little 'nibble' in there, he can't help himself but I don't mind that style of posting tbh as long as there's no offense either way including getting called out on it which happens now and again .

Here's the thing with Saddened, they say one thing on here, and what they really think on other platforms. The two are very, very different. I'm not bothered about anyone having an opinion, as long as it's both consistent and honest, then you know where you are with them. I've far more time for the likes of Rogues, NSW, Cokey, Bonser, Chappylad and their ilk, than a troll and a wum who tries to dress up their posts as something else. I see Saddened for what they are, others can see them as however they wish.
