The way the disciplinary panel are with name calling, i think we would get too many bans for players using the steve price description for his strength within earshot of referees.

Thankfully Green's performance last match eased the situation but we are thin & we cannot afford to be fickle. We don't need new stars but a few foot soldiers would help. Rob Mulhern would be handy now.

We’ve never been shy of spending money, we need to make sure it’s the right player rather than rushing it.

Tanginoa remains a decent target for 2024 for me, can play prop / back row or 13. Gives us good cover from the bench I’d say.

You never know. Hudds may not have wanted to part or Wire pursuing other options. They always had too many players in their squad.

Re. Livett. I spoke to guy in pub not long after Harvey left, who claimed to be his dad. Asked him why he'd left, in a nutshell said he never stood a chance under Price as he had no faith in the kids. Given Powell's rep for bringing the best out of average players, maybe not such a bad idea?
