Perp2006 was a magical trip. Until 30th Dec 2005, I wasn't even going even though my friends had booked flights and hotel accommodation. I opened up a present on my birthday and discovered a flight booking and hotel booking - quelle surprise !!

My stunning wife had contacted my mates, got the flight and hotel info and booked me on the same trip !!

Still chuckle about the whole 4 days to this day - le petit bus, ou est le singe, Wire Womans Magic, Cappy, making the French Sunday paper, Silverwood in Wires baseball cap, Simon Moran and on and on and on


I booked myself for 2007, ruptured my achilles, couldn't go and lost my air fare - cheers Ryan Air !!

I have a copy of that paper somewhere with me and my mates on it....fantastic memories!

Perpigan 06 was fantastic. Me and the wife flew to Toulouse and then got the train from there. Managed to get here to believe that Tolouse was the canine capital of Europe as an explanation as to why there were lots mooching about. Decent game too if I recall.

his son went to my school and played rugby there im not sure about outside but i think he played union at school and league outside

It was indeed. That was a tremendous night. Ben Westwood stole my mobile phone and was pretending to be me by sending naughty text messages to a girl I was seeing at the time.

A group of 4 of us went and had an awesome time. The weather, the huge Warrington support, the match, the bus ride back to the bars, meeting the players in one of them, Moranovic and his 6' 6'' black minder (!), the beach, the cultural bit around the town.
Yep - probably the best rugby weekend I've had.
(Although MM at Cardiff went close seeing 5 of the six/seven matches),

The CC's were great but that was a 1 day thing for me.

Awesome weekend, the one and only time i've been. Watching Silverwood stop a car in the street by standing in front of it, then lie down on the bonnet as it drove on down the street was priceless.

Unfortunately not. It ended a few weeks later!

The best United imitations. I actually feel sorry for you. I appreciate the time and effort that people put into the venture and the concept is quite good. Just no originality and very cringeworthy.

There's quite a bit of originality and the majority is actually taken from Liverpool as the idea is the brainchild of two Liverpool fans who frequent the Kop.

Obviously an England flag with WARRINGTON or WWRL written on is incredibly original.

It's our way of showing support for the team and it's been embraced by the club and the rest of the fans. That'll do for me.

I like the effort you put in and i think it wouldn't do any harm if it was repeated at every ground, just irrates me when you go on about the originality of it when it just isn't.

I guess it's not in certain terms and is in others.

There isn't enough of you for it to be impressive though. Bout 50 chavs with flags and flags just looks =#FF0000rubbish[size=50=#FF0000edit HY[/size. When it's done on the continent there are thousands doing it. Which looks great.

Can't you just use nice words or use an implied instead of an actual, you could even use words that cut but aren't classed as an extremity ie gash or an amalgamation of 2 words like twunt.
