Smith said it's taking longer than expected and they won't be rushing him back.

As of last weekend the double vision is still there. He is training with the team but he is having difficulty when he looks to his looks to his lower left that’s when vision goes blurred. He said there has been a slight improvement since it happened but not as great as anyone would like.

The specialists have said it could take to the end of the season, but he is optimistic it won’t be that long. He is seeing a Chiropractor at the moment as there may be a chance that the eye muscle causing the problem is linked to a nerve in the spine. I suppose its worth trying everything. At the moment as most people seem to appreciate is all about time.

I hope that answers any questions / speculation. And he’s not thinking of retirement!!
