Both sides did, great game I'd say. But I'm biased

On the matters of fact I think Mr Roby got most things right - on keeping control of the game he came perilously close to loosing it a couple of times.

I thought Linehan bounced the ball down so definitely no-try, the touch judge was spot on, but afterwards two Hull players clearly gave him a load of abuse and the ref did nothing - pretty poor to be allowing that sort of behaviour to creep into the game!

The tackle on MCB I thought was fair, he had caught the ball & his feet were on the ground - as someone else posted "it's a hard game!" - good to know he was up on his feet again later & I hope the check up in hospital shows he's ok.

Lineham dropped it over the line I was sat right in front of it, the amount of moaning the hull players were doing was shocking, milking for penaltys all game too which the ref fell for, one of your trys you played the ball incorrectly (basically dropped it on the floor ) and the try was given, you had more penaltys than Salford so all in all you had more off the 50/50 decisions.

Notice how you are all avoiding talking about your multiple team warnings.

Morley was lucky to be only given 10.

If the tackle on Caton brown wasnt a sin binning neither was morleys.

The worst tackle was the one before Morleys, I think Theo got close-lined as he was about to receive the ball from a break?

Regarding the hit on Mason Caton Brown , for all the world it appeared to me a clenched fist to the cheekbone which caused the damage , might be wrong but thats how it looked to me.

I don't think there was anything in the MCB hit, Morley though should get a bollocking for the hit he put in, with his experience he should no better than too put his team at that sort of disadvantage.

There was nothing in the Caton-Brown hit. He was stooping low to catch the ball and as soon as he had taken it the Hull player hit him hard, but fair. I think the fact the Hull player fell on top his head (because he caught the ball stooped down) combined with his head hitting the floor knocked him clean out.

If you want to be picky, it's actually "clotheslined". All one word.
