Apologies for nobody responding, the next meeting has not been confirmed yet, the board will be meeting on the 20th to sort the plan for the year out and something will be announced after that. T9he off season has been difficult for Forever Red with the Chairperson being taken ill and undergoing major heart surgery. Forever Reds did try to get a meeting during the off season with the now departed stadium director but could not pin him down.

As for the comment about being amateurs; yes, that's exactly what Forever Reds is. Nobody gets paid and everyone contributing gives their own time for free, apologies if that doesn't allow the trust to operate as slick as we'd like. The Trust is always on the lookout for people to get involved, so if you feel you can help the trust run more effectively please get in touch using the contact details onthe first page of this thread. The trust has tried to recruit new board members every year for the past 4 years but nobody has offered to get involved.

Could anyone give me a description on what the funds are being directed towards? Last I seen was about a gym for academy. Driving past the stadium today was depressed and was thinking when are the going to put up a proper sign (not that effort they currently have upstanding), Welcome to the home of Salford City Reds along those lines. At the moment I think the stadium lacks identify.

At the last meeting Alan Hunte came in and talked about how he wants to set up gym stations in the East Stand so that the scholarship lads can do field/ball and gym training in the same location, in Salford. Pending exacts costs for these (estimated about £3k per station) FR are looking at helping to fund this.

I don't think Forever Reds could spend money on street furniture, but that issue is further complicated by who would own the land any signage would go on.

We are led to believe its around £600,000 but &60,000 is imminent for a WUP to be heard on Monday 7th January.
We have set up a fighting fund " SOS" & we have £25,000 pledged or donated to date( may I add a number from Bradford fans).
Due to the information not being addressed to the fans until the Tuesday prior to Christmas & companies closing for christmas break we are only just starting to go public with our appeal, so hopefully it will start to swell.
We have set up a holding bank account for donations until we recieve clarification from the RFL or whoever as to what or where the monies will go.
We have learnt from your situation, not to just hand any monies over until we are clear it is going to the right direction.
We are holding & organising various events as we speak, Friday sees an auction with past & present players in attendance + DJ etc.
