| 1. 8th or 9th
2. 10th - 14th
3. 4-5 Years
4. Some of the former Saints boys plus Snyed, Fages, Evalds, Walne & Ford if they develop and improve under better coaching and playing around better players.
5. 7000 Average and 8500-10000 for big matches if economy picks up and new road goes in.

| 1. 6th or 7th.
2. 9th or below.
3. Yes but this will take ~4 seasons to achieve.
4. If the young players develop to the best of their potential we may have ~5 players capable of playing for a top 4 club.
5. 7000, but it will take a long time to achieve that growth.

| 1. 4-6th with a good challenge cup run possibly the final!
2. Anything outside the top 8 would be dissappointing
3. 3-4 years for a top 4 spot
4. Griffin, McPherson, Broughton, Gleeson of the senior players, young lads I think Fages, Sneyd, Owen, Evalds and Tyson are the ones that could go on to bigger things
5. 8,000+

| 1. What finishing position for 2014 do you feel is realitically possible if the club brings in 6 quality players?
Anything from 8th upwards is a realistic target.
2. After all the ambitious statements from the Doctor, the media hype and promises of full cap what league position(s) would you be disappointed with in 2014?
Anything from 9th and below.
3. Assuming finances are forthcoming how many years do you think it will take Noble to build a squad capable of a top 4 finish? Or do you think it's not possible under Noble for Salford to achieve this?
I think 3/4 years is a realistic aim to build a squad capable of maintaining a top 4 finish year on year.
4. How many of the existing squad do you feel are good enough or have the potential to play for a top 4 club?
Lee Gaskell, Theo Fages, Jodie Broughton, Mark Sneyd, Darrell Griffin and Martin Gleeson only.
5. What attendances do you feel are realistically achievable if Salford were a top 4 club?
Totally depends on cost. We need to follow the model Huddersfield adopted a couple of seasons ago and make the most expensive adult season ticket £100.00 in order to entice fans back over a certain period (ie 3 seasons). I still think we can attract 10,000+ given a decent product on the field and reasonable ticket prices.

| 1.
I'd hope for a top eight maybe a top 6 and a showing in the cup.
2.
I think if we don't make the 8 serious questions will need to be asked, we have blooded some very talented youngsters this season (OK thrown them in at the deep end holding an anchor) and with better quality around them I'd hope for bigger and better things from them.
3.
I'd love to keep Jodie but it appears he is already signed up for Huddersfield next season, Williams, Gaskell and Gleeson are definates for me. In the forwards Walne, Jewitt, Griffin, James (for me he wouldn't take up much salary cap and has been one of our better performers this season), Emmitt, McPherson, Dixon and Ashurt.
Of the youngsters, Sneyd, Fages, Evalds, Owen, Ford, Tyson and Davies.
4.
For me the attendances will depend on the timescale of the road improvements (though I think people have over egged the issue personally) but you'd hope that depending on the recruitment and the season ticket deals that 6000 would be achievable and if a really decent top 6 squad was amassed then 8000 with the odd bumper 10000 (Wigan, Wire, Leeds type games) crowd. Though I have to admit I'm not certain the cretins who work for the SMC could manage that many people.
