Him and Nathan Brown were both sacked and their replacements have only been in their job a few weeks.

It shouldn't be Potter.

I have an enormous amount of respect for him after what he's been through and how he's handled himself, but he hasn't been the best coach this year.

It isn't just how he has managed himself though clearly. His team have been through all sorts of problems off the pitch, have been messed around for months on end with no idea wether they would have a team, a job, a wage the following week. It must have been so demoralising and frustrating for the players and yet potter has managed to keep them motivated and often playing better under such horrible circumstances than they were at the start of the year!

I think he has shown superb man management skills and that, combined with the way he has handled himself and doing it all on a voluntary basis makes him an obvious choice for coach of the year. The best coach isn't always the one that wins everything, it's the one that does the best with the players and resources available.

Potter by a mile this season IMO.

Potter for me, highly unlikely that the Bulls will win the Gf. How many other players couod do such a good job as him with all the $hit that has gone on at Odsal, working with no pay, keeping the players focused on the job at hand. Deserves it hands down especially as there is no one team that is playing superbly atm. Maybe Wane would have pipped him if Wigan had played as well now as they had before the Exiles matches.

Wigan remind me of Warrington last year, smash up the competition in the regular rounds but can they win when it matters?? time will tell...

From a biased point of view, glad to see Agar getting a few votes, think he has done well with a squad of players thrown together at the start of the season and only a couple of which he had any say in the signing of. To be in with a shout of the playoffs with 4 games to go is not a position many would have predicted. All this with the vitriol and jeering of the FC fans ringing in his ears, not a bad job at all IMO.
