| It is a shame for fans with season tickets but I can see that Champ clubs were getting no money from it at all if they got a tie against a SL club as the majority of people who would go had a free ticket. I do understand that they would make money from drinks/food sales, but not if they got drew away.

I thought the whole point of this venture was to ensure the money went to the Championship clubs? Did the RFL pocket the extra revenue from them then? Very naughty if so.

| They should make them £5 for adults, £2 for concessions and free for under 16s.

No point was to make people turn up for games. No extra money made. It was only good for teams which has its own catering to make money from.

Why should it be cheaper to go and watch the greatest game live, than going to the cinema? Why should cup or playoff games come with a season ticket, thier additional games.

They're. If CC games and PO games were sell outs then you may have a point. They are not though, they are far from it in fact. Anything that helps to increase attendances in these games is a plus in my opinion. Don't forget Championship and Championship 1 clubs get entrance to the rounds before the 4th round included in their season ticket offers.

The reason it isnt a plus is when championship clubs draw a super league team, they dont make any money from it as all the super league fans get in free.
When two big super league clubs draw each other, nobody makes any money from it as everyone's getting in free.
There are too many clubs running at a loss to be giving games away for free, granted attendances will be higher but nobody takes any cash.
