If they wouldn't share grounds, they're not likely to share coaches!

I'd be delighted if he went to Sky to replace Stevo - frankly,I'd be delighted for anybody to replace Stevo.

England should go for Noble.

According to a poster on A.N. Other forum, Noble and Kear didn't get as far as the 2nd round of inteviews, and the favourite is Justin Morgan.

Ouch! Noble doesn't give kids a chance so I can understand how he hasn't progressed. Kear does a lot with little but he's not really capable of forming a formidable team i.e. his teams can compete, do well but never seriously challenge. As for Morgan, well he needs a change but I don't think he's a step forward from Matterson. He might be a sideways move possibly, however his Rovers team are conservative, field position teams with a dead ball approach to offloading. Now if Morgan was able to give his teams steel like defence then I can see why he'd be a good fit. The problem is his defensive coaching is no real improvement on Matterson or either of the other two. With Noble Cas would get more in game composure and with Kear more attractive attacking rugby. What do they get with Morgan that's different to what they've already got? Perhaps a sponsorship deal with The Sunglasses Hut.

Noble I compare to Graham Souness in football. He'll instill good enough basics to get you away from the bottom and even into the lower play-off positions, but, unless he's got a remarkable bunch of players, won't be able to compete with the top coaches these days.

Morgan to Cas!? An odd selection given he seems to have hit a wall with HKR, but perhaps a fresh enviroment will help him develop.

Really? Suggest you pop over to the Wakey forum to give you a lowdown on Kear's attacking tactical nous.

Look at the players he's got at his disposal though? The majority would struggle in the championship. He's had to make do with these due to our financial mess at the start of the year. However, at the start of last season with a full strength squad, the rugby we were playing was fantastic. And before that too it was pretty attractive. Personally I'd like him to stay as I still think he's a great coach, and have have him over Noble, Matterson and Morgan.

Granted he's not had great depth to work with but still, you'd think he'd be able to adapt the style of play from five drives and kick.

Also didn't get through to the 2nd round, the coach has been decided and he's coming over from Australia.

Not without any recognised half backs he can't.
