they allowed Akulia Uate to switch from fiji outside of the allotted period...this inturn has allowed anyone else to switch if they wanted too

Mmm, I'm not 100% in agreement with that as Scotland were not in any kind of competition when he made himself available for GB when the nations spilt was when the marker should have been put down, there should be no moving back from that point. |
