IIRC, Leaf is 27 or 28 (can't rembember to be honest), and is currently out injured with a broken thumb.

If anything, he's been a bit daft with who he has made the 'boasts' to, and deserves whatever punishment comes his way.

Firstly, If what he has said is true then he should be banned for life. As should any other player making a mockery of the sport.

Secondly, The Sun is a disgrace the people of Liverpool have the right idea boycotting it, if they still do it that is. Also, as it's the Sun, I won't believe it until concrete facts are presented.

Sean Long didn't play in the game he was caught betting on. The principle is the same.

I guessed they had got his age wrong or that 9 years at donny was wrong. Although on the donny official website it has his DOB as 27/02/1989 which would make him 22. So maybe they got their 'facts' from there and assumed that he just started young! A 13 year old playing in the championships

Yes, and that's fair enough - he's been caught and should been thrown out of RL for life. I don't think anyone's got an issue with that. He broke the rules and should face the consequences.

That said, a 38-point margin is hardly a miracle for a Champ 1 vs SL!

However, for the Sun to then publish his spurious and boastful claims regarding cheating during games and being able to tell opposition teams have placed wagers, and then to attach them to RL as a whole is a disgrace.

If the RFL had any balls they'd threaten the Scum with legal action.

Oh dear, this could be VERY destructive for the sport when this all eventually comes out.......
