Lewczenko and Williams, with 2 goals from Naughton put England 12-0 up before Bouzada and Gonzalez made it 12-8 at half-time.
2 tries from Chanet made it 18-12 to France before Hampshire made it 18-18. Fages then hit a 30 metre match winning drop goal for France.

However the OTHER England under 16 side beat Wales 24-18 in Caerphilly. The 39-man squad England under 16s were split into two sides. Quite promising really for all sides.

agree with you obsesive saint, some of the lads who didnt make the 39 are a lot better than some of those who did would be interesting to see how they pick the squad as i have seen a lot of those lads in squad play and they are better players out there who are not getting a look in

He's a really bright prospect i believe he got top gun in camp aswell.

yeah zac dewhirst played, ran it hard everytime, teirney from wigan was at full back, wingers were harper and parry ( leeds & Saints) centres casey and lightfoot brown( Bulls & quins), hampshire and williams ( both Wigan ) in the halves, props were learmouth ( who has an amazing mullett ) and richards (leeds & Saints ), 2nd rows mellor and baldwinson ( Bulls & Leeds ) and milner ( Warrington ) was loose forward, dewhirst (warrington ) sutcliffe ( Leeds ) anderson (Hull ) and day (Leeds )were the subs
