Played well though, much better than any of the other centres have done (minus Shenton) albeit against relatively weaker opposition.

You have got to give the lad credit,he took his tries really well but against weaker opposition.

He took his 3 tries well. (i'm not counting the given knock on try

) but he looked a little over weight to me. I'll happily let him have another go against stronger opposition and see how he goes as anything has to be better than atkins

FFS.....I will freely admit to bagging club on a number of occasions.....but 4 tries,,against anyone would normally have you northern tw@s creaming over a player.....but he's from London...so "it's against lower grade opposition"....blah blah blah....

Surprised me I must confess. A lot of strength and pace - he played well.

Been very impressed with Luke Robinson on this tour.

Just needs to turn the fat into muscle and also harlequins to stop playing him in the SR.

I prefer Clubb as a second rower to be honest.

Always get 100% from the lad and is never bothered about reputations. A strong lad who runs very direct and is quick for his size. I think he would have scored more if they hadn't kept the ball from him for long periods. Not the finished article yet but did himself and Quins proud today. Hopefully the increased player pool that London is now building up will bring about more players of international quality through and help the National Team cause.

I agree – I can’t believe the English coaching team have stuck with him for so long... he must be what, 30 or 31 by now and never lived up to his potential?

Couldn't care less if the lad was 14, teams should be picked on ability rather than age/potential. Woeful player.

The lad made one bad mistake in the Aussie game but he quite clearly is a talented player who will be a real asset to England for years to come

I dont think he can be truely judged until he's given a chance against NZ or Aus.

He's a big unit but in no way whatsoever has he got enough pace to play centre at the highest level.

If he's ever going to play against the Aussies or Kiwis it should be in the backrow.
