Since AP has bought Hull our youth development has improved significantly which is a great thing. We're certainly not perfect but we're definitely one of the better ones at bringing youth through. Hopefully KR can carry on their improvement at bringing the kids through too.

Alabama is one of the highest rated colleges in the US, and IIRC Calloway has two national championships to his name playing on offense and defense. So certainly no mug from an athletic standpoint.
