It's also nothing like the Wakefield situation, there is no Trojan Horse stadium and massive holes in the s106 - the shopping centre cannot open until the Stadium has been sold for that £1. I'd wait and see on something more official though on the trigger point being reached because Phil Caplan talks nothing but crap.
