The relegation battle looks like it could have legs. Fundamentally, losing 6 points has to all but relegate Bradford, but they shouldn't be the 13th best team in the comp the rest of the way given their signings.

As daft as it sounds, if Bradford get on a run, I don't think you can rule out the slim possibility of Warrington or Hull doing a Wigan 07 and getting somehow drawn into the fight.

The big three and the bottom one aside, this is as close a comp as we've had in the Summer era, even if the overall quality is more Asda than Waitrose.

if justice is served and they do get them back, Salford would still be 2 points ahead with a far superior squad to at least three sides. Salford will be fine
