Search a certain well known video sharing site for "Lee Smith 3 Chicken Wings" and "Lee smith kick phil bailey" or something like that. No punishment for any of those, either...

Only twice?
Oh, just in Challenge Cup finals. Yeah, happens a lot more than that in Super League.

Well, I'll nominate Raynor for his Ink Cartridge scam (bad example because he IS already nominated), Paleaaesina for the bus driver assault, Martin Gleeson for betting and other issues and Ryan Hudson for being previously banned for drug use.
Do you see? None of those have any bearing on their on-field dirtiness, neither does Joel Monaghan's indiscretions with a dog. On the field, I can't say anything but good things about Joel Monaghan. Hock would be in the same boat, if it weren't for the fact he IS a hothead on the field.
Not defending anybody's actions, but when we're talking dirty players, I think we can only base it on what they do on the field, not off it. Proving the validity of such a team is hard as the only stats we have access to are cards issued, bans received and penalties conceded, I don't fancy trawling through them to find out which cards were for lying on too long ONCE when the team had been warned, what bans were for non-playing related incidents and what penalties were for offside rather than high/dangerous tackles.
Being banned for drugs doesn't make Hock a dirty player... but going for the eyes and punching does.
