What makes you think it runs one way? I would have much rather someone in the championship taken Jimmy Lowes for 1 or 2 seasons before taking up a head coach job instead of ruining our season.

And its a bit naive to think that the coaches wouldnt want to go. They are not fans who are affiliated to the club, they get paid to do a job.

Makes me sick this argument.

Australia are the best at Rugby league, despite not being world champs or 4 nations holders. Therefore everyone thinks that their coaches must be the best.

Why? Are there aussie coaches in teams that finishes top and one that finishes bottom.

In England there seems to be this silly opinion that they are super human. Forget that. They are not. The quicker we do so and the quicker we just get more serious about sports science, like we do in other sports. The quicker we will also win a series against them.
