To clear a very easy rule up if you are penalised for offside for being in front of the kicker (the player goes on to win the high ball) is the penalty from where he caught the ball (or infringed with ten meters) or from the position he was when it was kicked?

The offence occurs when the player catches the ball so it is a penalty at that point.

The penalty should be awarded where the offside players should have been stood(ie ten metres away from catcher) not where the ball is caught.

The penalty should occur..................
