Does it still open at 9am, can't find anything on the website.

The office now opens at 10.00 am and closes at 6.00 pm Mon to Fri plus 10.00 am until 2.00 pm on a Saturday. It's also open 10.00 am until 3.00 pm on a matchday Sunday.

When we arrived last Tuesday at 9.30, not really knowing what time they opened, just assuming it was 9, someone saw us waiting and opened up early to let us buy magic tickets rather than have us wait half an hour. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

Ordered some 80's concert tickets from the Bulls website and ticked the 'collect direct from the ticket office'.
Was ready to set off this afternoon to collect them after work. On arriving home, found a nice envelope with 'bulls' stamped on front.
"ooh that's nice of them" I thought, "it'll save me a journey".
On opening the envelope, found a ticket with my address and a ticket with car park pass on it..............

Would have been nice for them to actually send the tickets as well!!!
Didn't fancy just listening from the car park, so contacted them and pointed out their little faux pas.

Still had to make the journey to Odsal to collect the actual concert tickets.
