Who is going this year?

4 of us as usual, been every year since Catalan came in, this time we're out Wednesday from Liverpool to Barcelona, back on Tuesday and staying in a farmhouse just south of Girona.

Clearly if somebody is prepared to go all the way to france to watch their team play it means that they support that team and wouldn't worry which of those two teams you described turn up.
No team can play to the best of their ability every week as is shown by some of the strange results we have seen for all teams this year.
So either get behind your tean and actually support them through both the good times and the bad, or go find one that is perfect and lives up to your expectations.

Not that I should have to explain myself to you, but I am there through thick and thin, home and away. I have been out to Perpignan several times, but not this year because of the timing. I am not slagging the team, this season they have been amazing under the circumstances.
But even you must have found that performance last night disappointing, more so as it could have sealed the play offs against the odds. I can't understand how we capitulated so badly, not after some of the battling performances we have seen all year.

The weather was good last year ....apart from one 80 minute period!! Anyway even the rain is warmer dans le sud de France!!

To be honest the result doesn't matter, much as I would like to win. We've got the main news we wanted and the club is saved, at the end of the day, a weekend in France is a weekend in France and will be enjoyed, win or lose.

Fond memories of last year (Known as Le Engagement!

) and the match being played in an absolute deluge in the first half, the Team got the draw and could have maybe should have won! Lets hope they turn up and are determined to still be the only Team not to have lost an SL match there! Viva Le Bulls!

Never had the readies to do this as well as everything else.

Would love to go some time though maybe next year. They're well into naturism in that part of the world aren't they. Would love to get down there and get to one of them nudist beaches.

1600 KO local time - where's the problem ?

No problem, just that we're going out to France today spending a few days tavelling around and then heading to Perpignan on Saturday morning. If I hadnt read the link we might not have got to Perpignan until around kick off time!

Arriving early evening on Thursday so no probs for me...unless any stray Icelandic volcanoes throw a wobbler between now and kick off..

Any ideas on where to watch the wakey game after our match?

Down past the Castillet on the right, I think it's the cafe de la bourse, they usually have it on. If it's not, on just ask.

The Grande cafe de la poste started closing at 9pm, so I I'm not sure if they are still showing the rugby, though I guess the Wakey game might finish before 21:00 cet?
