If anyone has seen the 2012 team photo in the T&A who is stood inbetween Sibbit and Burgess, he looks a monster? Also Phil Joseph is on the team photo, but there is no confirmation of his signing is there?

the team photo referred to is the photo-shoot video on the T and A website link above go half way down to the video clip. roll it on to about 30 seconds, at 35 seconds you will hear Alex Ball being called and at 40 seconds he is slotted in next to Tom. Clearly the club see him as a prospect. incredible upper body physique, but can he drag it around the pitch and whats his ball skills like? he played off the bench in about 4 or 5 u20 games at the end of last season, it is going to be interesting to see how they do this year after last years disaster, and also a good pointer to how far the club as opposed to just the 1st team have progressed.

Saw the photo in last nights T&A pullout, and he looks even bigger and taller than Karl Pryce

That would make him around 6' 6" and something like 17 stone.

its not just that its the size of his upper body muscles, stopping him off loading is going to be a nightmare for tacklers, Nas should be a good mentor for him -and Tom.
