suspect only one off platt/royston will get in team with whitehead getting other spot. sibbit into whiteheads 2nd row spot to give us another big guy up front. Think its gonna be a bit of a forwards battle.

true. although if he's in squad I'd expect him to be available for selection otherwise its a waste of a squad place. we could go with ah van in and let crookes continue on wing to allow whitehead into 2nd row too.

I think thats pretty much it, given its going to be a forwards battle I would think if Sibbit has been good in training it could be him for Donaldson

Sibbit might be in the squad just to see how he goes til kick off and how he feels with his knee - it was like platt the other week when he wasnt in the 17 because of sickness continuing before the game

Should be a good game tho - with 2 evenly matched teams (regardless of them saying theres is better on paper)

I too tho think ah van would be better in the centres to draw in palyers then being able to release the winger !!

not convinced he has pace to play wing. He's fine at short range and can power over but gets chased down too easil on long range efforts. biggest worry at is he sometimes goes missing in defence.

Yeah totally agree with you there - he only run full length in cardiff to beat Ryan hall because he had momentum on his side as ryan hall flew past him ha ha

But big enough as a centre to draw the defenders in to give some space to the winger i feel

He's been better in that respect recently though. Think its down to fitness, you can see he's leaner and fitter than the start of the season.
