excuse me for asking this, but where have you heard the rumour? I'm only asking because I really really hope it's not true. The last thing we need is Kearney leaving

As far as I am aware wigan don't need a full back or a stand off and are full on their quota. So i can't see that happening. If we do let him to go Wigan then I think it sums up the difference between the two clubs aspirations.

Based on the T&A comment I thinks BS, massive loss if he does leave, but I wouldn't be too unhappy if Pryce replaced him.

as good as he is, would we not do ok with leon at 6 and maybe Amos Roberts at 1? he hasnt settled back into side at wigan since injury, and they may want quota space by releasing him?

but what is the likelihood of us even thinking about getting roberts? Losing kearney will be a massive blow. If he was in a good team (like wigan) he would be even better too. I don't want us to have to play against him next year.

Amazing how folk take as gospel something posted by a well known purveyor of age on the T&A Rantaboard? Which I see has returned to form, despite the best efforts of some of the regulars to keep it sensible.

His defence is atrocious whether at stand off or fullback and whilst he's definitely been our most potent attacking threat if Potter wants to head in a different direction I wouldn't complain either.
