I'm not even a Leigh Fan.

Just anticipating similar threads when the Pies stick a ton on my team tomorrow!

I was proud of Leigh tonight, we put together some great possession. And if it wasn't for your souless pit of a stadium, us fans would have rocked the place. As it was, we did an admirable job anyway.

Bradford fans should be very happywith tonights performance, very professional, however they should be more concerned with last weeks performance against crusaders than this weeks

Surely any team from the lower leagues who ever they may be that put points past a super league team has to be appluaded.

As most are part time not sure if all are.

As a motor racing fan it reminds me of when a priveteer team in BTTC (Mat Neal,s team)won the first outright win for a non manufacturer car i was at that race (company i work for sponsered the race) it was a joy to see.
Im also a Mat Neal fan.
So power to the lower league teams.

I thought it was a professional run out against what could have been a tricky tie, well done to the guys but it was much needed after the crusaders game. god crowd from Leigh who looked to be enjoying themselves

Main positives:

Kearney and Sykes can cope very well without Orford. Kearney really impressed me, Sykes would be better if he passed a bit more.

Menzies' and Sheriffe's partnership down that side is excellent, and it was a joy to watch Sheriffe tearing away down the wing tonight.

Nero improved; 3 tries, the third was fantastic.

Scruton's hits.

Donaldson and Whitehead were good again.

Goalkicking. (not Nanyn aka "i'm doing a $hit"icon_wink.gif. Sykes went well and Hall

Not the most gripping of games, but enjoyable all the same. Credit to the boys, some cracking tries in there but I did feel they tried a bit too hard sometimes. Tried to score something spectacular on every set.
Respect to Leigh and their fans, they played right to the end and fans made a lot of noise. Nice one.

The Leigh fans were great too, good on you lot for the eruption after each of your tries. I wish Robbie had got one though.

Well done on tonight - you were always a class above us and was way too strong/fast for us tonight. Your players were getting arms free all the time and flinging the ball out.

We did ourselves proud playing and singing for the 80 minutes!

Class performance from your guys. Power, and pace was way too much for a Leigh team that actually contained 14 of the squad that got 'relegated' last season.

Also, what a pleasant surprise to have a ref. who didn't appear to want to be the centre of attention! I'm always intrigued how we concede less penalties with a SL ref!
