The difference is, I wouldn't listen to someone with clearly a bad attitude towards Rugby League. Anyone who, to me, obviously doesn't put the effort in, isn't worth paying attention to. He's a waste of space.

I couldn't care less how he was treated to be honest. He deserved nothing considering what a lazy tw*t he was on the field for us.

Well he was never the answer to our prayers was he, though he started off OK and looked to be an asset when he scored, what was it nine tries in ten games(?), even if his defence did look a bit on the insecure side. I do find it hard to blame him for getting injured.

It was, to be honest, unfortunate and something which neither party (club or player) would have wanted. It`s disappointing that it ended as it did with litigation. Personally I don`t want to go down the road of bagging someone who was largely caught in a situation not of his making. Hopefully he`ll get his career back on track.

I agree. He did have a bad attitude but he seemed to think he wasnt given a fair crack of the whip at Bradford.

i sure i saw something about the fact that before the bulls released him, though he was regaining fitness, he wouldn't train with the rest of the team. now i don't know if that's the coaching staff telling him to stay away or if it was his choice. however, didn't seem like many bulls players shed a lot of tears over him leaving

While you can't blame him for the time he missed due to injury (he can't help it even if he's injury prone, hardly his fault), the reason I can't do with him was that when he WAS fit and on the field, he visibly lacked effort. Same reason I can't stand Karl Pryce. I'd rather have a crap player putting 100% effort in than someone with talent who can't be ars3d.

How about giving him time to get over his injuries instead of trying to kick out a player with a contract?

liam fulton is a good player... would of liked to see him stay at the giants

Very true. Similarly we will have trouble `replacing` Sam Burgess. Lets hope the poor guy (whoever he turns out to be) won`t be lumbered with the same expectations.

The mistake we made with Tupou was the fact the club said he was there to replace Les IIRC, I hope they don't say the same with any of the new signings with regard to replacing Sam

I think Tupou was his own worst enemy, he had all the credentials for a stroming winger but never showed them. I recall him playing at Cardiff year before last, and when Leeds broke away on the opposite wing he had the speed to catch the player, but just gave up the race and let the opponent put the ball under the posts. I hate a player who won't try, but anyway good luck to him in Aussie.

The expectation of him being better than Rikki Sheriffe would have been too high. At least Sheriffe can be bothered. Well, most of the time.

It was a bit strange with Tupou. He always looked, what shall we say, Lethargic? Right from the off he seemed stiff and unathletic but in his early games he was, despite all the supposed shortcomings, surprisingly effective and scored just a little under a try a game in that first end of season period, though I`ll draw a veil over his defence
