| Surely if Bradford say they are going to play away from Odsal the RFL can't stop that, however Bradford need to re-apply to rejoin the comp they can refuse to re-admit you if the proposal is at another ground.
So really they can in effect dictate where you play.

That would set a standard for all team going bust. Also the sustainable business plan from the RFL wouldn't include any form of investments so they would just run you as break even. It's a big job and you can't expect them to sort out the mess and then just hand it over to a new owner.

| RFL running/funding a club would open a huge can of worms....other chairmen/owners would want the same funding as the RFL was putting into a failing club, would they fund the club along the lines of HKR with a large investment in quality playing staff or along the lines of Swinton etc etc with only part time players........

God no, please no more help from RFL, don't think the club could survive that.

| Anyone seen the RL press today? League Weekly mentions how the Koukash clan have put a bid and so has a consortium led by former NZ and Wigan coach Graham Lowe.
League Express has two article, one being the main press release from the administrator on Saturday. Nothing really new in it. However there is one with Beds R Us owner and brief Bulls owner Mark Moore who has put a bid in with Andrew Calvert. He proposes a share issue with fans. Says there has been too much “chasing the dream”.
Thoughts? I have plenty.
Koukash – welcome the money but not sure about the way they operate. Would they get rid of our academy like they have in Salford?
Lowe – Has a history of talking big but failing to deliver, albeit with NZ Warriors where they had more of their fair share of issues.
Moore/Calvert – Bit wary given they were last seen selling bits of the stadium for scrap last time around. Not sure a share issue would raise much given the way fans seem to be feeling. Would want to remain fulltime with an academy. Less than that isn’t of interest to me.

| Mark Moore can take a running jump after his antics last time.
If he gets it, I'm out.

| Question to Martyn Sadler on twitter "who in their right mind is bidding for Bulls?"
His reply "Some quite wealthy individuals"
Interesting.

| At the moment, we're still selling an ongoing business, so it's to be hoped the Koucash bid is a little better than the derisory bid they [she? put in for the previous fire sale. I'm sure Marc Green is hoping to retake control, despite the fact you would have expected some kind of 'pre-pack' to have been prepared. I don't know anything about the Lowe consortium but it seems that there is still no-one with serious cash putting themselves in the frame.
The longer it goes on the less inspired I become..

| I’m not sure where how you get that conclusion Bulliac.
TBH nobody is going to come in and pay all the debt off. It’d take some sort of Bulls nutter with a vast Euromillions fortune to do that and I’ve never won a penny on it. However I’ve heard the Seabrooks bloke isn’t short of a few quid (north of £30m). We don’t know who the likes of Lawn has in the frame either.
With Koukash’s wife we may get some money but hopefully none of the circus but I have reservations. I can’t see the RFL going for it. Looking at Moore’s words in the League Express they’re measured carefully and are just the sort of thing that might go down well with the RFL. The main stumbling block is his lack of money and reliance on share issue which I think is a bad idea now. It might have worked in 2015 but not now. Besides, I have my doubts about him after his last go at the job albeit brief.
Think we’ll be in the championship next year but with a 12 point penalty. Any less is a bonus. I’m hoping for a Mr Seabrooks or Lawn.
So we’ve now got:
Lawn
Seabrooks
Caisley & Co
Lamb
Lowe
Moore & Calvert
Koukash

| There's been a lot of rubbish flying around about Green on social media and elsewhere. A lot of it utter rubbish IMO.
As I see it he's just run out of money. Mistakes along the way haven't helped and he could possibly have handled things better - the benefit of hindsight.

The man has lied to employees on a fairly consistent basis over the last three months at least. The fact he hasn't paid tax which by the way he will have deducted from employees salaries stinks enough. Coming out with constant lines of BS regarding why payments are late, e.g. Changing banks, really takes the urine and he treats people with no respect for their intelligence.
Your defence of him is quite staggering.

Calm down dear.
Just being careful what I say. I suggest you do the same. Where is your evidence that he's not paid money that was deducted from employees salaries? The thing with HMRC was to do with VAT apparently. Be careful what you say.
The fact that he's run out of money and made mistakes is irrefutable.
The rest, well we can form our own opinion but we need to be careful what we put on public forums.

I would have thought there's enough in el red's post for Green to claw some of his money back through the libel courts (unless it's true, of course).

| Is it the responsibility of the administrators to get as much money for the creditors as possible or are they allowed to take in to account the long term future of the Bulls?

| Can some of the more knowledgeable on here clear a few points up. The role of the Administrator, is he appointed to get the best deal for the creditors..?? are his hands tied or can he accept a lower offer for the club as a going concern if the prospective owner shows he has funds to invest in the clubs future ( ie he is not going to settle any further debts above what he pays the administrator)...O

| I always thought it was down to him to get the best deal for the creditors and nothing more. But the current administrator seems to be making noises suggesting the long term future of the club is also quite a large consideration, which is different to how I've always understood it before.
