Yep Paul, we can confirm (allegedly) that it is a rumour to which we subscribe, but for legal reasons we cannot at this time comment, but of course the aforementioned may, or may not, happen in due course.
Another rumour is that Mick the Gled may be about to join the Wolfpacks on a two year D/R arrangement. He has after all been seen recently doing the hard yards at Lilley's Fitness. But will he be missed !?
'We' / 'you' , SBW and the Game Caller can, however, all 'gled'fully watch this space!
Charles W and the pesteggs.'"
Charles Windsor ?
Do you have the Duke of Westminster on board ? You must know him surely. Mind you i suppose our friends at Red Hall wouldn't approve him .

Well, again, it's one of those occasions where the supporters haven't been told the truth
All the news outlets were reporting that Evans had gone on loan to Leeds. For example
https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/ ... elp-bulls/
Now we are told that it was a permanent deal, and therefore he can be loaned back to us. Obviously if it wasn't a permanent deal there would be no need for a loan from Leeds - he would just be sent back here to see out his contract.
I'm not saying it is on a Marc Green-level so far as untruths, but once again we aren't being told the full story.

Sounds similar to the Briscoe movements - player signs on loan from Champ club to Leeds, shortly after signs permanent contract but is then loaned (DRd) back to Champ club....

Rhys Evans did sign on loan for Leeds. I believe they only signed him recently so they could loan him out to keep him match fit. Bulls were given first offer on him.

| Maybe our use of his services this season was the transfer fee?
He was out of contract at the end of the season, and his contract had the usual 'if an SL club comes in etc' so, on that basis, it was probably the best outcome for us? I know we had to allow him to leave but no-one said we had to allow him to go for nothing.
