Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Some elements of the new site are unfinished, such as; page numbering and quotations. We will fix these minor issues as soon as we can, please bear with us. | Quote ="Terry Monster"He says that 'we're not really concerned about the result'
Should we be?
Anybody get the feeling that we're going into the game a little bit to relaxed and with not enough intensity'?'"
It's like when teams get to Wembley and are then asked about it 20 times before each SL fixture until then and they all say "We're not thinking about Wembley at this time" when we all know it's not true.
To say we haven't been going into this game with any intensity with only a few press clippings to hand rather than watching them in training etc really isn't fair. What is probably more accurate is that the players haven't given the press any juicy quotes saying the playoffs are a done deal, and considering it still isn't in our hands it's probably the right move.
If players were coming out with "We're so fired up for the Hull match because now we'll get in the playoffs" - other people would be asking if we were too arrogant going into the match. IMO the players have stayed on the right side of the media this week so we don't look fools if it doesn't go our way.

At least Langley himself knows he doesn't pass much lol.
I gotta say, I've criticised Jamie quite a bit this year for not being the same player as he used to be, but last Sunday he was awesome in every department, not just the defensive contribution we all know he does. If Langley played like that every week, he'd be in the England side again and up for Man Of Steel. Definite signs the class is still there after all.
Interesting to see he's the 3rd top tackler in the whole league by the way. If he can just manage 100 more than Alker this weekend, he'll get the Hitman award icon_wink.gif" alt="icon_wink.gif" title="Wink" />

Personally I hope he has to make very few tackles tonight!

I have to agree, i have been one of his fiercest critics this season but he was excellent on Sunday, despite the quality of the opposition, and would really like to see him maintain that go forward.
