I dunno how many season ticket holders we have this year. But it must have been pretty close to base level last weekend. If you consider that the majority of the crowd would / could have been season ticket holders and then factor in the "Kid for a quid" deal then i reckon there must have been almost no revenue from the gate against Crusaders. The franchise money for the pies etc will also have been paid in advance, so without sponsorship and the Sky deal it would have been a near catastrophe in revenue terms simply staging the game.

Oh and for the record I personally think the new song should not be Morrisey but perhaps The Smiths "Every day is like (last) Sunday"
