Saints don't have anyone on the marquee rule including the new Percival contract

I keep wanting this lad to impress me, but he rarely does.

I don't watch Saints every week so my opinion isn't really valid but from all the hype and talk of him being a potential international player I'm generally disappointed by his performances when I do see him.

According to super league stats he is the no 1 centre in Superleague for Tackle Busts, Clean Breaks and Offloads and he puts in plenty of tackles so his match by match effort is pretty good compared to others for that particular position.

You want to try educating yourself kn%$ead, he already is an international.

Bloody hell, still upset about yesterday? As I said I don't watch him every week like you do but when I have watched him I don't get the hype to be honest. The thought of him lining up against the Aussies and Kiwi's would put the fear of God in me as an England supporter.

Personally wouldn't swap Gildart or Gelling for him.

Not sure how old he is, and I do genuinely hope he does achieve the potential Saints seem to have in him as we are desperate for quality centres.

The league needs a strong Saints and I hope the events of the last week get you lot back on track. Thought you applied yourself very well yesterday shame about Amor sending off, never a red for mine. Major issue for you guys I feel has been your signing stratergy. Morgan, Smith and in particular Owens really poor bits of business in my opinion. Hopefully who ever comes sorts that out as a matter of priority.

As an England supporter you will know that he has already lined up against these teams only 6 months ago.

You forgot to mention Douglas, he makes Wigan's starting props look like superstars and they are both poor.

He's a good player, I wish he was at Wigan.

This kid is just quality. He's just class and has great work ethic. I was little critical of him last season as I think he'd gone little off the boil and wasn't making progress but this season he's gone up two levels and for me the best British centre in super league.

Adding a little aggro to his game as well, was it Jake webster who he roughed up in the tackle who went for the punch and a penalty to saints.

I actually think Percival has been outstanding this season and at times has been the only threat in attack.

He still needs to improve his descision making but he is only 22 and that will come,

I can echo this from an opposing fans view.

Thought he was ordinary when he broke on to the scene but looks quality this season.

trouble is the Aussies have quality [iand[/i size I dont know how he and either Ryan Hall or Joe Burgess stop someone like Joey Leilua who is rumored to be on the verge of a test jersey.... he's about five notches up from anything We have.

but we havent had world class centres since Gleeson and Senior Percival is most likely to be the next Gleeson.

Watkins has the size required, but too often in defence grabs rather than bending his back to make tackles. But even if the Aussies don't go for a monster, whoever they pick will be immensely strong as well as everything else. The SL outside backs who've come to Aus have all struggled immensely with the physical side of the game here - including Hardaker, who is both reasonably big and seems to enjoy defence generally.
