Ring the club, arrange to pick up from the ground. Sometimes they assume that you are going to pick them up. Did you pay P&P if not then they are probably expecting you to pick up from the store or on the day.

When you say on the day do you mean at widnes ?

I didn't have the option to pay p&p

I'm guessing they're assuming you'll pick them up from the stobart stadium, phone saints and ask if i were you mate

I was gonna say, I ordered mine online and they arrived the next day!

If you phone up, ask them where my pass is to get into Widnes stadium please...
