You can see him in that picture still counting them out in his mind. JJB is obviously brighter than him and pops the fingers up. Ryan is clearly still doing the math.

But it's not nice either way. It's a problem in football that is costing a stupid amount of money to sort out. We don't want players being robbed and their families potentially being put in danger because of thieves.

I feel sorry him, and just hope that the scrotes who did it are left with Bailey for ten minutes alone.

Bailey is one of the most under rated players in Rugby League, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he makes the England team v France in June.

I've always liked him since him and Gareth Hock "sorted out" the invincible (or so they thought) Aussie schools side at Knowsley Road a few years ago.

Irrespective of him on the pitch and the pictures we've built up in our minds about him as a person I would not wish this on him and his family.

Bad news, but at least it stops the Leeds fans argument when discussing Bailey's merits:

"But he's got four Grand Final rings ..."

Agree with the first one, they're lucky he didn't catch them. I'd have loved to have seen it if he had.

As for England, my opinion is that he's a great workhorse and physical presence in defence, but lacks a lot in his go forward game. A modern day Roy Powell, for me.

Barring James Graham he is a better prop than any other one at Saints, and certainly worth considering for England.

Puletua and Clough are better props than Bailey and they aren't even props.

As for England, he's worse than the likes of Lynch/Scruton/Wood off the top of my head and that's before we even talk about Peacock/Morley/Burgess/Graham.

He'd ahve got someone to hold him while he runs in at third man.





But on a more serious note, I echo McLa's sentiments 100%

WTF? We've got Morley, Peacock, Graham, Burgess, Scrutton, Lynch and Carvell and you want to consider Ryan Bailey? Get a grip. He's a half decent squad player for Leeds. I'll bet he's there on a small contract and adds value in terms of his defense. In terms of go forward he may as well not bother and is certainly way below the level you need at international level.

Peacock and Carvell are both out injured, long term (6 weeks +)
Scruton, Bailey overplayed him on Sunday. Lynch is struggling with a leg injury.

I'd also add Wood, Mason & Crabtree to the list.
I though Scruton looked alright on Sunday, although Lynch struggled (how good was Eastwood, though!?).
