Interesting to see that most are suggesting that Leeds will avoid picking Wigoon if Wigoon beat Rovers.

Not really, Saints and Wigan will do more damage to each other due to the fierce rivalry. It makes sense to let the local derby passion inflict damage and then play the battle worn winners

Surley this will make both more battle hardened? When did Leeds last have a tough game they didn't win at a canter?

That is a nailed on certainty.

Huddersfield and Catalans rarely threaten Leeds at Headingley but Wigan regularly give them a hell of a game there.

Also, they would be aware that the derby factor means that Wigan and Saints would bash each other to pieces and leave themselves so much fresher the following week, after their undoubted stroll to Old Trafford.

Leeds biggest threat may then be being underdone but I'll stake my proverbial mortgage on them not picking Wigan, if Wigan are one of the four.

saints-wigan could go either way. you get either get toughrned up or get loads of injuries and be fatigued.
and we would still have to win as well, thats not a forgone conclusion as some may think

maybe or maybe not, but leeds would be fools not to simply pick the team which presents them the best chance of getting to OT.

Being underdone isn't as much of a threat as the old system as top spot now plays the week before the final whereas before they often didn't.

I'd prefer to be at home to Wigoon than Huddersfield. Even though Wigoon are better with the ball the Giants defence is far tougher and do I not like that.

Lets see if one team picks up a shed full of injuries, then pray we get them.

Not a problem now. Which team would you rather play out of the 3 left? HKR, Wigan or Catalans. Wigan would be the last I'd want to play. Having said that, at home in a big game, I'd fancy us against anyone.

They're right. Not fit to be in the play-offs from what they've dished up.

KR have been woeful in 120 mins of play off rugby so far. And Hudds scored a fabulous 1 try in 160 mins of rugby league.

As for Catalans they are the dark horses. If they beat Leeds then good luck to them.

Cant see past a saints v catalans final. No way will Leds get past Les Cats, they may score 2 tries, but that is it. Beleive me pal, Les Cats have timed it right and I think WILL win the GF this year, thats a FACT !
