| Just wondering with the play the ball rule changes (Laying On) and Scott Moore coming back next season. Is it worhwhile changing Roby to 13 and get him playing for most of the game. It always annoys me when Roby goes back to the bench when KC returns to the field.
If there is any half breaks to be made up the middle its Roby who has the better chance of breaking clear, I,m sure he needs to play more, if Graham can do it Roby can do it. I don,t think Flannery or Wikin is the answer to 13.

| Roby could make a 13 yes, although in the modern game i think a 13 needs a kicking game.
Waste of time debating it though as Potter is hell bent on having a big unit at 13 for some reason?!

As an allternative play Wheeler at 6 and move the big unit Pyrce to Loose Forward, but then how would you play KC,JR and SM.

I don't fancy Moore at 13 at all. Our pack is light weight enough.
Wilkin is the man to be loose forward. He's got everything to be a top class 13 if got back to the way we know he can play.
Pryce may be worth a try.
I prefer a all round player in mould of scully, o'loughlin, faz. Only wilkin, westerman and maybe pryce could do that roll.

I'd have to agree, i'm just trying to find ways of fitting Moore, Roby and KC next year, oh well having three international hookers isn't the worst problem to have

Potter might put Moore at 7 if he feels eastmond isn't ready yet.
The way I see it, roby is massive for us coming off bench and should remain on bench.
That leaves Moore and KC too fight for the hooker role.

We've never replaced Scully and with Longy going and KC (tba) the pivotal roles which brough us success will now be our "achilles heal". I think Mick Potter needs to fix this 13 position be it Roby/Pyrce/Wilkin.

We would miss roby's impact off bench if he went to 13.
Not sure pryce gets involved enough.
As most people on here know I'm not Wilkins biggest fan but I feel potter should put him at 13 and leave him there. IMO he is the perfect all round 13 if he can get back to his best.

Welcome to what I was advocating last year.
