For all those who knock Flannery, 44 tackles, our best by some margin.
Cloughy again was our second best meter maker on 154, averaging nearly 10m/carry and 30 tackles to boot.
To put this into some sort of context, wigan's top forward was andy coley on 101 mtrs, followed by young flanagan on 96, Feka on 91 and Fielden on 83!

Didn't someone say Jammer only needed about 300 mtrs. to reach that goal. So now he only needs about 56metres from his remaining games. Fingers crossed he doesn't pick up any more injuries then and he has got it in the bag.

Flanagan 51 tackles. That's some going in a game.

Not quite! After the wigan game he is on 4049mtrs, so it will be hard going to get to 5000. He is only 51 metres shy of Terry O'Connor's record of 4100 in a season though!

I hope someone gives him a few clear runs up the pitch then.

As good as Graham's stats are, I worry for both him in the long term and the team in the short term that he continually has to put in shifts like the one he did on Friday.

Its worth a mention that Jammer has now broken the record for carries in a season that was held by a mr P.Wellens @ 540 in 2004. Mr Graham is currently on 562.

He could still target 5000 metres if you include the 2 play off games and a potential Grand Final, after all these extra games are still the superleague competition.

You aren't alone in that.

I dont know if these are generally included. The biggest problem was when he was selfishly injured for a game or two earlier in the year, lazy,lazy,lazy!
