okay there is stuff happening at the site, with portakabins and fences going up

first the roundabout where KC statue is going, is proceeding well

More fencing going up on the stadium site, looks like they are fencing off the perimeter.
Birse are flying along with their job, the new pavement along the link road is nearly finished.

I hope they are adhering to the industry standard of 14 blokes in hi-viz jackets and hard hat standing watching for every one working.

Im not picking a fight but i heard today that the building of the stadium has grounded to an halt and wont start till the start of next year as i heard the the council and saints are at lockerheads with who is paying for the CCTV

Nobody needs to pay for it.........

Gruntfuttock is carrying out his own one man CCTV operation of the site with a throw away camera on here....!!

Surely if there are any issues or break-ins Gruntfuttock will have them documented within his pics..

Surely the council and Saints have been viewing these pics for their progress reports??...

CCTV Should be covered by The Developer along with site security it wont be down to Saints or The Council in anyway.

When the stadium is open and your walking from the town centre you will pass that tranquil looking canal

Used to be called The Hotties when I was a lad had many a dip in there in my younger days.

I was up in a light aircraft taking some aerial photos of the Salford site amongst other things on Monday and took his one which I think is your site - Mods, feel free to delete if I've got the wrong area. Apologies about the bits in the way, I was on the wrong side of the cockpit.

In the last overlay do you know what the large white bit directly south of the stadium is?

Also, with regards to parking, the edge / corner of the stadium is virtually touching Warrington Old Road where it meets with Peasley Cross Lane and the railway bridge. Is there going to be pedestrian access to the stadium from Warrington Old Road / Peasley Cross Lane?

I thought the original application for the ground was only either 80 or 60 car parking spaces?
