| I was reading it in the League Express today. It is organised by the Rugby League World - who are the same people that own RL Express. The judges are made up of a couple of Aussies a British judge and the media. In the League Express it has Graham as the winner of the Rugby league World player of the year so why is he not nominated for it.  |
