Jammer, Tony, CLoughie, Maurie did what we needed last night, they did the sever hard work, got us the yards, none more so than Cloughie with his never endeing LEG DRIVE, love the way he runs in, turns his back and runs backwards, the only player in the WORLD with this awesome style, and soon to be copied by the likes of Shane Webke no doubt.

Our big men realy did the bizz for us, very very impressed with the pack.

I would also say well doen to young Emitt, I thought he did more last night than I ever see Frodsham do so far in all hsi hit outs... well done to him, great to see him get a hit out and get those lungs burning.

Like to see Maurie get more game time at the expense of Graham, 5 mins more in each half giving Graham 10mins more recovery time in whats going to be a busy season.

With JC out it's hard to leave graham off as he is so important to us with and without the ball.

And it's been rare we been in the postion to take graham off for long spells as every game is so close this year.

I thought Maurie was our best player last night. Took the ball up strong and hard, and IMO, we looked a better side when he was on the field. Still not at his very best, but certainly signs hes heading that way.

I wouldn't go that far but I would definitely say that he's back on the up. His form this season has been better than last. He's looking more confident and more determined. I thought he played well last night; better than Tony P anyway. Although, having said that, where I stand means I miss the line action in the black hole so I could be being unfair to Tony P (who I saw drop the ball three times in total towards my end of the field).

He is getting there slowly.
